sara wants more money.
my performance evaluation is coming up at the hospital. so in order to get a raise, i have to make gay statements about myself in the third person.
1. Sara has worked hard the last year to make sure the patients and families are pleased with their food service experience. She is always enthusiastic about answering questions and does her best to solve problems.
2. Sara gets along great with her co-workers. She is friendly and respectful to her office mates, the clerks, and the staff she works with on the floor. She understands it takes a team for the patients to get great service.
3. Sara actively takes the time to listen in all situations. She readily gives out her pager number and encourages staff to communicate with her if they have any questions. She always leaves a note for her partner when she leaves.
4. Sara is working on providing better customer service when a patient has a complaint. She doesn’t always know why something went wrong in the first place. She is working on educating herself in order to answer questions more efficiently.
5. Sara keeps herself to high standards of professional conduct while at the hospital. She always has her badge and lab coat on.
6. Sara has been very pro-active in the last year to make change in her work. She has approached her manager in order to switch positions and that has turned out to be a very positive move for all involved. She looks forward to changes to keep her work new and fresh.
7. Sara has the utmost respect for the patients who are in the hospital and the people she works with. She believes that it takes all kinds and everyone has their own perspective and path in life and has a right to choose they’re own path.
8. Sara does her best to adhere to all safely practices at the hospital and attends any informational seminars that PFANS has about patient safety. She carries the pocket guide to the contact precaution signs and follows them.
9. Sara is active in meetings giving her perspective on how things work and making suggestions about how they could be better.
10. Sara has made many adjustments over the past year to make the job work for her. She currently employs a very efficient routine that has the majority of her menus down to the B2 clerks by 4:15 and gives her patients until 4:45 or 5pm to finish their menu if the time is needed.
